The home-buying process is very intimidating. We were nervous as first-timers and not knowing anyone to help. However, Camille and her team made it a breeze. Communication was spot on. She provided a timeline/calendar with deadlines and reminders for upcoming due dates during escrow. It went so smoothly that we were nervous that we may have missed something, but we didn't. Camille Naluai-Rios, RB, is the most awesome, intelligent, articulate, caring person who has developed awesome listening skills. She works very closely with clients in finding the best possible home, apartment, condo, etc.; whether you're buying, selling, or renting, Camille will find something to fit your needs. She is a "Doer." She finds a solution. She knows the school system and city lifestyle. She was extremely helpful in navigating the e-sign technology implemented by escrow. I tried completing e-sign on my smartphone and an antiquated PC that would stall/shutdown partway through the transaction. Camille came to my home to help finish the transaction (1 1/2hrs later) to meet escrow deadlines in a timely fashion. We then decided closing escrow would be done in their offices. Most important: Camille loves her job and has the unconditional love/support of her family.
